JOHANNESBURG CITY LIBRARY REOPENS AFTER MAJOR UPGRADES – CELEBRATING 90 YEARS OF KNOWLEDGE AND CULTURE

The iconic Johannesburg City Library has officially reopened its doors to the public after an extensive upgrade led by the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA).
