Position: Human Resource Manager)

Description: Manage, develop and implement the Human resources function within the JDA on both an operational and strategic level. Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, JDA policies and procedures. Manages HR administration, Labour Relations, Staff provisioning, Payroll and Benefits administration, Performance Management system, Employee Wellness function, training & development (WSP/ATR) and employment equity.
