Project Description

Public Environment Upgrades. This is an area of focus for upgrade and redevelopment due to the significant changes in land use and population density in these areas. The public environment is in need of reinvestment to support a range of new uses and users in the area. There is significant private sector investment at various scales in this area. The JDA’s initiatives will be guided by the Urban Development Framework currently being developed for this area in conjunction with the City’s Department of Development Planning.
