The City of Johannesburg’s Executive Mayor Councillor (Cllr) Dada Morero, together with several members of his mayoral committee, officially expanded the city-wide High-Impact Service Delivery Programme (HISDP) on 24 June 2025 with a multi-project launch in Region G South of Johannesburg.
