The JDA has recently received falsified emails claiming that the JDA has appointed certain service providers for the provision of services.
This communique serves to confirm that all letters of appointment are issued on the official JDA letterhead and signed by the JDA’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) only and will ALWAYS be communicated to any appointed service providers by a JDA official who has the designated authority to do so.
