HAVE YOUR SAY! ZANDSPRUIT URBAN DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA), in collaboration with the City of Johannesburg, is requesting public comment on the draft report for the new Urban Development Framework (UDF) for the Zandspruit area in Region C.

The Zandspruit UDF constitutes a comprehensive review of the 2008 UDF, aiming to establish a holistic vision and plan for sustainable human settlements. Once approved by the Council, this framework will be adopted as a policy by the City of Johannesburg to achieve a holistic vision and plan for sustainable human settlements.
