He\/She will ensure that goals and objectives of the developments are accomplished within specified time-frames, utilizing that goals and objectives. The Development manager assumes full responsibility for the following aspects of the development: Feasibility detailed investigation: Planning and Structuring: Design: Construction, and Commissioning.
