{"id":16833,"date":"2024-04-16T21:11:38","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T19:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jda.org.za\/archived\/?p=16833"},"modified":"2024-05-16T15:37:34","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T13:37:34","slug":"human-capital-business-partner-d1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jda.org.za\/archived\/human-capital-business-partner-d1\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Capital Business Partner (D1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a permanent employment contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Package<\/strong>: R 670 132 \u2013 R 1 005 198 TCTC p.a (including Benefits)<\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:<\/strong> Reporting to the Senior Manager: HC Operations &amp; Talent Management, the role will partner with allocated business units and relevant management to deliver a Human Capital service in line with the needs and priorities of the JDA, as well as co-ordinate the human capital life cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong> The role will be responsible for the entire human capital cycle activities. Liaise with line management to understand and implement JDA\u2019s talent acquisition requirements within area of responsibility in line with the approved organisational structure. \u2022 Coordinate the induction of new staff members through provision of all company information to the new hire, introduction of new hire to the business and facilitating induction workshops \u2022 Coordinate employee wellness programmes to promote a healthy and safe working environment \u2022 Act as the first line of contact for employee relations issues, involving employees on all level, within area of responsibility\u2022 Provide guidance to management on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with employee relations frameworks, policies and procedures \u2022 Conduct a talent development needs analysis, in area of responsibility, to input into the Leadership Development programs and strategies and support the creation of a learning culture that enables optimal learning and growth. \u2022 Support and accelerate skills development and achievement of employment equity and organisational transformation and limit the impact of skills shortages \u2022 Facilitate and monitor compliance to the Performance Management Policy, providing guidance to management on performance review process and procedures \u2022 Support talent management processes and systems. i.e. talent pool management, transformation targets achievement, reward and retention, hi-po identification and management etc \u2022 Contribute to the development of HC policies \u2022Provide advisory support to staff, within area of responsibility, in the communication and interpretation of HC policies \u2022 Monitor compliance to HC policies \u2022 Produce and submit relevant Human Capital reports as and when required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and experience required:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources\/Industrial Psychology or equivalent<br \/>\n\u2022 Any registration with a professional body will be advantageous<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 5 &#8211; 7 years\u2019 HR Generalist experience<br \/>\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of HR Legislation, Policy and Procedures .<br \/>\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of HR Best Practices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of HR Systems and Frameworks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of Corporate Governance<br \/>\n\u2022 Advanced HR Analytics skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Please email a detailed CV in MS Word format to:<a href=\"mailto:hcbp2024@jda.org.za\"> hcbp2024@jda.org.za<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing date: 26 April 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Correspondence will be with short-listed candidates only.
