He served as Deputy Director at the City of Johannesburg, Group Governance, Acting Head of Department at the Johannesburg Road Agency, and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO). His wealth of expertise and experience significantly contributed to advancing JOSHCO&#8217;s mission of developing sustainable housing solutions for the residents of the City of Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mathibe holds five academic qualifications of which three are Masters degrees : a Master of Laws (Commercial and Business Transaction Law), from Wits University, and a Master of Laws in Public Policy and Infrastructure Procurement from Stellenbosch University. He recently completed a Master of Management in Public Finance and Development Economics awaiting research ext\u2019 results.<\/p>\n<p>His past leadership roles, industry knowledge, and significant achievements are noteworthy.
