Position: Facilities Manager

Description: The successful candidate will manage The Bus Factory as a facility of the JDA to ensure that planned maintenance is carried out and that all repairs and periodic maintenance is conducted, ensuring compliance with the OHS Act. He/she will manage all the relevant facilities management service providers and the tenants within the building, so as to ensure that all aspects of the facility are functional at all times.
